Located in the Sörnäinen neighborhood, Asunto Oy Helsingin Leonsatama consists of two 5- to 6-story apartment buildings. The apartment buildings are connected by an attic floor that serves as a “bridge.” The complex has two stairwells. Both stairwells have entrances from street level and from the courtyard. Leonsatama, together with As Oy Helsingin Kotisatama, is part of the Prikkari block. There are a total of 50 apartments: Building A has 20 apartments and Building B has 30 apartments. The area will have excellent public transportation connections. The Kalasatama metro station is approximately 200 meters away, and the tram line will run along Leonkatu and Junonkatu, which border the block.
