Housing Company Introduction
Completed in 2018, the 5-story apartment building As Oy Helsingin Parrulaituri is located on the southern edge of the Dirika block in Kalasatama. Parrulaituri has four stairwells and 49 Hitas-regulated owner-occupied apartments. Apartment sizes range from 40 m2 to 115.5 m2 . Twenty-seven apartments have their own sauna. All apartments have a glassed-in balcony. In addition, the fifth-floor apartments feature a south-facing rooftop terrace.
Outdoor equipment storage rooms are located on the first floor. Some of the storage and civil defense shelters are located on the first floor of neighboring buildings. Polaris has excellent transportation connections: the tram stop is about 100 meters away, and the Kalasatama metro station is about 500 meters away. The diverse services offered by Kalasatama Center and the Kalasatama area are also within walking distance of the housing complex.
