Kalasataman Palvelu Oy, which operates in Sörnäistenniemi, is responsible for property maintenance of the shared courtyard lots and the LPAsite in Kyläsaari, as well as the shared courtyard lots of Kalasataman Palvelu 2 Oy, which operates in Sompasaari and the southern part of Verkkosaari, will be managed by Kiinteistöhuolto MAK Oy starting August 1, 2021.
The boards of directors of Kalasataman Palvelu Oy and Kalasataman Palvelu 2 Oy decided to put the property maintenance of the shared courtyard lots and the LPA lot out to a joint competitive bidding process, as a result of which the boards of the service companies decided to select Kiinteistöhuolto MAK Oy to be responsible for property maintenance.
