Asunto Oy Helsingin Takila is part of the Kristina Lovisa waterfront neighborhood, located at the northern end of Sompasaari. Takila is situated at the corner of Loviseholmin kuja and Kapteeni Sundmanin katu.
Takila features a total of 39 apartments with high-quality technical specifications, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units, as well as loft apartments with mezzanines. All apartments have large windows, and many also feature a private glassed-in balcony or terrace.
