Housing Company Introduction
The eight 3-story urban villas, completed in 2018, are located on their own lots in Sörnäistenniemi, Kalasatama. The urban villas are situated along Arcturuksenkatu in the Dirika block. A daycare center and a school are also being built across from the block. Each lot has space for two parking spots.
These privately financed owner-occupied homes are close to public transportation. A tram runs along Junonkatu, which runs alongside the block; the tram stop is about 100 meters away. The Kalasatama metro station is about 450 meters away.
