The apartment types on the 3rd through 5th floors range from two-room apartments to larger units, and the 1st and 2nd floors of the building house a 10-unit assisted living group that provides housing for residents with severe mobility impairments. All balconies are glass-enclosed, and some apartments feature a terrace in addition to a balcony. Some apartments offer a view of the sea.
