The customer satisfaction survey organized by Kalasataman Jätteen Putkikeräys Oy (IMU) was conducted between April 19 and May 8, 2022. A total of 245 responses were received. Thank you to everyone who responded!
Based on the survey responses, customers are reasonably satisfied with IMU’s waste services. The majority of respondents gave Kalasatama’s waste management services an overall rating of 4/5. The average of the overall ratings given was 3.9.
We received a lot of positive feedback addressing various issues related to pipe collection and sorting rooms, as well as suggestions for improvement. We will review all the feedback and strive to improve our services based on it.
