ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting was held on May 22, 2023, and the matters specified in Section 11 of the Articles of Incorporation were discussed and decided upon.
USAGE FEES AND RENTS
The General Meeting confirmed the following usage fees effective July 1, 2023:
Area portal usage fee 0.02 euros/sq. m/month
Common courtyards usage fee 0.26 euros/sq. m/month
Parking space rent 25.00 euros per space per month
