The furniture and equipment covered by the service are marked with QR/NFC stickers. The items covered by the pilot program in shared courtyards include outdoor trash cans, pole lights, bollard lights, fixed playground equipment, furniture sets, and trash compactors, street-side trash collection points, and the intake pipes for the vacuum waste collection system.
When a report is submitted via smartphone, an email is immediately sent to Kalasataman Jätteen Putkikeräys Oy (vacuum waste collection system) or Lassila & Tikanoja Oy (other locations), which will resolve the issue described in the report according to their own procedures
