Poiju, a residential high-rise built in the Stevari block of Kalasatama, offers its residents excellent transportation connections and future-oriented services. The building has six residential floors, a basement, and a partial penthouse level. There are two stairwells. All apartments include a glassed-in balcony, and street-level apartments have a courtyard terrace.
