Antareksenkatu offers 63 homes, particularly for households in need of studio and one-bedroom apartments. The buildings, completed in 2013, feature glass-enclosed balconies, and the housing complex includes a sauna, laundry room, and community room. The apartments face primarily west and south toward the courtyard or east toward the sea.
The Kalasatama area has excellent transportation connections, and many new services are set to emerge in the area in the future. In Kalasatama, city residents can quickly enjoy views of the sea along the area’s magnificent waterfront promenade. Near Antareksenkatu is also Tukkutori, part of which is planned to be opened for use by the area’s residents.
