From the Vision construction site—part of the Kalasatama towers project—windbreak walls used in the construction of the high-rise building will be transported to a storage area in Kyläsaari from October 24 to 26, 2022, between 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on October 24–26, 2022. The transports are large and move slowly, so they will cause traffic disruptions along the route used for transport. Because the vehicles are large, traffic may also need to be stopped at intersections along the route. The convoy will depart from the corner of Leonkatu and Hermannin rantatie, proceed along Hermannin rantatie to Vanha Talvitie, and from there continue on to Kyläsaari. Below is a map showing the route and the possible traffic stops between October 24 and 26, 2022, from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will strive to keep traffic stoppages as brief as possible.
