Fisuverkko-regional portal www.fisuverkko.fi is an electronic communication and service channel produced by Kalasataman Palvelu Oy for residents, shareholders, housing associations, and other stakeholders in the Kalasatama area.
The Fisuverkko building portal www.taloyhtio.info is a password-protected tool specifically intended for internal use by housing associations, which can be used, for example:
• for internal electronic communication within the housing association to residents and shareholders
• distributing emergency plans and housing guidelines
• as an internal tool for the board of directors
• for the internal distribution and archiving of the building’s own documents
• as a reservation system for common areas
The Taloportaal mobile app is now available for download on Android devices from Google Play and on iOS devices from the App Store. The app can be found under the name Fisuverkko and brings the Taloportaal directly to users’ mobile devices.
The Taloportaal is always activated by the board of directors by contacting Taloportaal customer service at asiakaspalvelu@taloyhtio.info. However, boards, shareholders, and residents are free to test the building portal by logging into the demo building Asunto Oy Kalasataman Demo using the following general usernames and passwords:
• Board functionality: username “kalasataman demo hallitus” and password “83693”
• Shareholder functionality: username “kalasataman demo osakas” and password “58624”
• Resident functionality: username “kalasataman demo” and password “16526”
The demo credentials work both in the browser version www.taloyhtio.info and in the newly released Fisuverkko mobile app. All tests performed in the demo house are visible to all testers.
