A multipurpose, shared space is planned

The community club space is designed for shared use by the service companies’ partner companies and residents, and it promotes a sense of community in the area.

The building was designed by AOR Arkkitehdit Oy, whose competition entry named “Talas”won the architectural competition in 2022. The design places particular emphasis on versatility, a people-oriented approach, and the building’s central, seaside location. “Talas” refers to a boat shed or shelter, and the result is a new wooden structure.

We look forward to starting work with the service providers and their partners,” says Kähkönen.

The project is being advanced in collaboration with other developers and stakeholders in the area, Kähkönen explains. “We aim to keep everyone informed about the project’s progress.
