ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting was held on May 28, 2025, and the matters specified in Article 14 of the Articles of Association and in the meeting notice were discussed and decided upon.
USAGE FEES
The General Meeting approved the following usage fees effective June 1, 2025:
Area Portal usage fee: 0.02 euros/sq m/month
Usage fee for shared courtyards: 0.23 euros/m²/month
