The new, uniquely designed Lumo homes are located along the waterfront promenade in Kalasatama, which is why some of the apartments offer direct ocean views. Some of the ground-floor apartments have a terrace, and one has a private entrance. The apartments on the upper floors feature both glassed-in and French balconies. Oak laminate flooring adds a warm touch to the otherwise light-colored interior. The white bathrooms feature various shades of gray on both the floor and an accent wall. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and a fridge-freezer combination. For residents with cars, there are a total of 24 parking spaces in the parking garage. The courtyard area and parking spaces in the block’s shared parking garage will be completed in the fall of 2016. Temporary parking spaces have been arranged nearby.
